I cooked a turkey for the first time in my life. A whole turkey is GROSS! Neck, heart, gizzard, liver?! Do I need to touch such things? The whole stuffing process is disgusting!
Anyway, I made it.
We were like savages when we tried to carve it. Not really carving. A proper description of what we did is tearing it apart with hands getting greasy. What a mess!
The pile of turkey doesn't look great though, the turkey was DELICIOUS!
I must be a genius! or it's just a beginner's luck (most likely).
We couldn't find a wishbone. Where is it?

By the way, I found a Denny's coupon behind a receipt from Ralphs.
